J D Hickory Smoked 🍊 and Bourbon Sauce
This is used at my street food stall to accompany the mighty JD Banger, a truly great sauce and has recently received recognition from the guild of fine foods as a great taste 1 star award 2021, also has made it through to the Final round of 2022 Great British Food Awards!

Made in small batches to keep its intense flavour, every bottle has my freshly home hickory smoked tangy oranges in along with lashings of whisky and packed with fresh apples, garlic and spices to create this boozy rich unique BBQ sauce, it is has no preservatives or crap in and is a winner on anything!
