Dedicated to building a reputable, respected catering business
Jason has spent the last two years perfecting his sausage-making skills by creating sausages for family and friends. In 2019, he has dedicated himself to building up a reliable, sustainable, reputable and profitable catering business that can support his growing family after he leaves the Army in two years time.

Within our first year of trading, we have already notched up awards in prestigious regional and national competitions. Most recently, we won Runner Up and Highly Commended in the main industry awards, Sausage Week 2019 – a remarkable achievement.

The largest event we have attended so far is Victorious Festival 2019, a major national music festival in Portsmouth, where we were honoured to be part of the VIP catering zone, winning rave reviews. We have been invited to return in 2020 with a larger footprint.

We have a food hygiene rating of Very Good (5*) from Portsmouth City Council. This is for both our food production facility and our mobile catering unit.
